I got the LG2000 about 5 months ago. The past 2 months of having the phone it has been broken. The caller ID hasn't worked, the screen inside turns blue when people call me, it turns off and on, on its own randomly and my camera doesnt work anymore. When it first started happening about 2 months ago, i got really mad because it was almost unusable, so i brought it into the fido center where i bought it. They exchanged my phone with another LG2000 brand new one, and told me the problems would go away. About 2 hours later the same problems started happening again. I brought it back the following day and they told me there was a problem with the LG2000 and that it was in all of thier phones. They told me the only way to get it fixed was to go to a laval fido service center and they would download something on my phone to make it better. After i got it back from Laval, it was never fixed and still had the same problems. Later that week i brought it downtown and they told me there they would do something different as a last result. The fido services downtown told me there was nothing they could do once i got there, but buy a new phone. This phone was very expensive and i was not about to buy a new one. They wouldnt exchange it for another new fido phone either, because they said they can only do that after 15 days of purchase. Now i am stuck with a broken phone which only works half the time. I thought it was only my phone at first, turns out i know about 10 people who have the same problem as i do with the same phone. Dont buy an LG2000, they are a waste of time and money. I find it stupid they are still selling this phone when they know there is a problem with them which cannot be fixed.
