garbage phone!

when I first got the phone, I was blown away! the picture quality is amazing! Then stuff started to break. First I lost the ability to send or receive picture texts. Then my mic broke, and now every call has to be on speaker phone. Then the battery started to dye at random times. Its been 10 months of pure hell. I have never complained about a phone before. But I want people to be warned away from LG. My Samsung phones never had issues, and my iphones never gave me trouble. but this is pure garbage.
and now reading up on them it seems to be a trend with LG phones.
And as I write this review my wifes phone has begun the battery death dance, and my daughters has just died. and cant restart.
buyer beware!

My review of the LG G4 is simple. The phone is amazing. The camera on the phone captures amazing pictures. I loved having the phone until it decided to not turn on after 1 year and 5 months. The company replaced it for free because it happened to be a faulty serial number issue. But 4 months after having to replace it, the phone would not turn on again. I had to take the battery out. 2 more months after that, the phone was stuck in the boot up link. Nothing can be done for that. I ended up having to pay for a new phone and pay off the remaining balance on the existing phone that had been replaced 6 month prior. I heard the LG G5 has similar problems and the G6 is too new. Summary is, it's a great phone when it actually works.

Clarté de l'écran, rapidité, convivialité, qualité de l'appareil photo et vidéo. J'en suis très content d'avoir changer pour un LG4

I have owned all types of phone from apple to android. My last phone was a Samsung, should have stuck with the Samsung, but I let the sales rep talk me into buying the LG G4. Biggest mistake I ever made in purchasing a cell phone. I've only owned it a couple of months, but have contacted Verizon's support 6 times now due to the touchscreen. The touchscreen has twice went black and pix elated on one half of the screen. The lock screen has more times than I can count, not allowed me to unlock it. It just unlocked and then lock back immediately. Various spots on the touchscreen have now stated to become unresponsive to the touch and I have to restart the phone. Tech support has reset and backed up my phone 3 times now. So if you are planning on purchasing a phone stay with a real phone, Samsung. Stay away from the LG Junk. A $600.00 piece of absolute junk that I am stuck with for the next 2 years.
