Pain in the a**!!!

Don't buy this phone! I bought one for my daughter and one for me and we had several problems with both. first of all, that other guy is right, the spring button does open the phone too easy in your pocket. Mine did that and a lip balm got jammed in between = cracked screen= text message nightmares= $250 to repair! Secondly, the model has weird tendencies like the screen image flipping upside down and the keys suddenly not working for's like they all get reasigned in some random press the "a" button and it types an "X" very strange. Anyway between the two phones, they've been in the shop 4 times already, cost me several hundred dollars and now that this new weird typing problem has occured the warrantee is over.

bulls**t product, if you need a mike phone just buy the toughest ugliest one you can find or else switch to pcs.

Design Problem

Reviewed on Thursday June 7, 2007 by , Edmonton Canada
The button that releases the spring loaded cover is too sensitive. It will open in your pocket... a coin will eventually move between the partially open parts... bumping or outside contact will force the two parts together... coin will crack your screen... motorola won't care... $250+ for new screen... bad design
