have had 2 previous blackberry's that worked great. don't demand much from a phone except that it rings and can send occasional text message> At home I have very poor or no service and i live in the middle of the city, not a problem with my previous phones. damn thing downloads upgrades on it's own and changes settings when doing so

My company has us all using BlackBerry's and we've been slowly upgrading to newer models. I'm happy with the BlackBerry Classic but it just doesn't do a whole lot. I still carry two phones.

Very very disappointed

I have used Blackberry for years and have been very satisfied as a business man with phone, email and text services until I decided to 'upgrade' from a BB 9900 and sign up for the Classic.
It is certainly not intuitive, it is overly complicated and over engineered, and as a result is a lot slower to operate than the 9900.
It has also been released onto the market unable to be charged when switched OFF. BB say this will be rectified with an update. When? No idea!
I have now reverted to my BB 9900 and ditched the Classic.

Can't go wrong if upgrading from the Bold

Bigger, more refined version of the Bold running BB 10.3 OS. After some getting used to the new BB10 user interface, it's a dream. The Hub, super fast browser, running most Android apps flawlesssly, and much more. Slightly bigger keyboard than the Bold, which means better and best ever QWERTY keyboard. The Blackberry Blend software is so innovative - it allows me to securely connect my BB to my laptop and monitor/reply to my email, BBM, SMS, calendar, etc. without touching the phone - magic! I can even print seamlessly any email attachment that arrive on my phone to a printer connected to my laptop, not to mention replying to emails, BBM, etc. using the full keyboard on my laptop. When I disconnect the BB from my laptop, it doesn't leave a trace of anything on my laptop - no compromise security!
