Solo Mobile Customer Migration to Bell Starts July 31

Solo Mobile Migration to Bell Mobility 
Starting July 31, Solo Mobile customers will start being transferred to Bell Mobility - beginning with all Prepaid accounts.
Migrating customers can expect a seamless transition; all plans, features, and account information - including phone numbers - will remain the same. According to Bell, affected customers will also gain access to more service features and an improved self-serve functionality with the MyBell mobile app.
Solo Mobile top-up cards will remain valid and will be accepted by Bell. To access express top-up, customers will need to dial #369.
While it is not anticipated, there is a possibility of a minor service disruption on the morning of the 31st while the transfer is in progress. Emergency services such as 9-1-1 and T9-1-1 will not be impacted, though regular text messages, calls and data services could be.
After the transfer is complete, Solo Mobile customers will need to register for a self-serve MyBell account at Solo Mobile Self-serve accounts will not function after July 31st. With MyBell, customers will be able to check account balances, current usage, and make changes to their account and plan.
