Virgin is getting super-speedy in Saskatchewan! We told you recently that Bell would be going live with their 4G network in Saskatchewan this week, and starting today, Virgin Mobile is powering up their coverage in Canada by joining them. The launch of the 4G network gives Members in Saskatchewan great smartphones starting at $0 with no term contract on the Virgin Mobile SuperTab™ and the new $45/mo unlimited Talk & Text plan with no zone restrictions!

As a new addition to the already stellar CDMA network in Saskatchewan, the 4G network will give Virgin Mobile Members super-fast speeds of up to 21 Mbps and typical speeds of 3.5 to 8 Mbps. Plus, Members on the new network also get all the awesome benefits that come with it - like global roaming in more than 200 countries, increased network coverage whenever they travel across Canada, faster web browsing, SIM-only plans that work with your current 4G compatible phones and speedier Mobile TV viewing.

"Our Members in Saskatchewan have experienced the hottest Members Benefits in fashion, music, entertainment and travel and now we're offering our Members amazing smartphones in the province," says Robert Blumenthal, president, Virgin Mobile Canada. "Now that the 4G network is available in Saskatchewan, Members can get all the latest smartphones - from touchscreen to QWERTY, Android to BlackBerry and more - starting at $0. Plus, it all still comes with the amazing Care that Virgin Mobile brings you every day!"
