Sprint is now T-Mobile

Following the successful merger of the two networks, Sprint will no longer be offering plans to new customers. You will instead be directed to sign up for a T-Mobile plan. Existing Sprint customers can remain on their current prepaid plans until further notice, however, add-on options may differ.

Features, services and add-ons are available with select plans and devices. Conditions may apply.

Call Watch

Download the CallWatch app and get alerts in real-time of all suspicious and unwanted incoming calls and text messages. That way, you can ignore the call or block the number for good.

Data Packs & HD Streaming

Need more high-speed data? Add a Data Pack to your monthly plan to keep streaming, socializing and surfing at high speed. Data Packs expire 30 days from purchase date or when data is depleted, whichever occurs first.

Data pack add-on provides add?l. high-speed data for device and/or hotspot (select devices only). Access expires 30 days from earlier of purchase date or monthly data allotment depletion. HD streams video at up to HD 1080p, music at up to 1.5mbps, gaming at up to 8mbps. Data deprioritization during congestion.

When hotspot ?on?, all data usage (phone and hotspot) counts against data allowance; turn off hotspot when not connected to other devices.

Phone Insurance

$7 per month

Sprint Forward has partnered with Brightstar Device Protection to offer Phone Insurance. Enroll as soon as you activate.
You’ll be covered in the event your Sprint Forward phone is lost, stolen, accidentally damaged – even with liquid, or has an out-of-warranty mechanical or electrical breakdown.
If something happens to your phone, just file a claim by going to myphoneguardian.com. Once your claim is approved, you will pay a deductible, based on your phone, and receive your replacement phone as early as the next business day. Simple as that.

Only available on the following devices: Apple iPhone 4s (CPO), Apple iPhone 5s (CPO), LG Tribute, Samsung Galaxy S III, Samsung Galaxy S 5, Sharp AQUOS Crystal.

Visual Voicemail

Free – $2.99 per month

The Visual Voicemail App lets you visually manage your voicemails. With Basic you can review and listen to voicemail messages in any order. Upgrade to Premium & get features like no in-app ads, transcription into text, and ability to forward to email. Available only for Android phones.
