SaskTel is the leading Information and Communications Technology (ICT) provider in Saskatchewan, with approximately 1.4 million customer connections including over 614,000 wireless accesses.

As of July 2016, Sasktel’s HSPA coverage has reached most of the southern half of Saskatchewan, its LTE network existing in larger cities including Regina and Saskatoon. Sasktel plans to launch voice over LTE (VoLTE) in mid-2017, after it rolls out LTE to 99% of Saskatchewan residents by late spring of 2017; all voice calls currently take place on its HSPA+ network. The carrier also reports that its CDMA network will shut down July 5, 2017.
