This is by far the worst phone I have ever bought. After four days of having the phone, it started freezing, powering off on it's own and half of the keyboard doesn't work. I went back to the store I bought it from, they couldn't do anything and advised their return policy is only for three days. I've called ZTE several times. They finally told me they would email instructions to send it in and either have it fixed or replaced, and how about the link in their email doesn't even work. I've tried it from several computers. Sad!
