Motorola 60ci...just plain average

- Average reception (it's constantly switching between Analog & Digital)
- Broke Antenna twice in the last 2 months
- Charging system same problem as...Reviewer: J, Winnipeg
- Compared to previous Motorola models, quality and reliability seems to be going down hill
Competition is passing Motorola

Poor design and reception. I often lose calls and the phone doesn't always ring when a call comes in. I have had to replace the attena twice as they easily break. The charging system is brutal as frequenty the phone says unable to charge - usually this occurs when I am using my car charger. Battery life is not the best. The best thing about this phone is that it's still popular with people who have not tried it and it will be easy to sell when I switch to Samsung A500.

I bought Motorla based on my expereince with earlier models. The v60ci does not live up to the standards set by earlier Motorola models.
My problem has been an audio problem. Not being able to hear when I make the call, albeit the receipt of the call hears the ring and answers. Frequently incoming calls are not heard and the only indication I get is the "beep" from the answering service to alert me to a new message.
Customer service is get another telephone, with a similar problem. I have had three with little effort to resolve the actual problem.
