Montreal residents have another wireless service provider to choose from with today's launch of Chatr Wireless (owned by Rogers). Subscribers can enjoy unlimited calling in the Chatr Zone, encompassing the Montreal-Laval area, and No Worries™ coverage across most of southern Quebec, and up to Alma to the east, and Rouyn-Noranda to the west (as well as roaming within other provinces).
