TELUS First in Canada to Offer OTA DRM-free Music

TELUS LogoTELUS is now the first Canadian cellular provider to offer over-the-air DRM-free music downloads.  This service that will allow Canadians to purchase music from the TELUS music store and then be able to transfer it to the electronic device of their choosing.

DRM-Free allows you to play music purchased from TELUS on the media player of your choice. It also allows you to transfer these music files to many other consumer electronics devices in your Future Friendly® Home.

Price per song ranges from $0.69, $0.99 or $1.29 which is inline with iTunes store prices that only allow you to play songs on iPod devices.
