Public Mobile Chooses TeraGo Networks To Help Launch Network

November 6, 2009
New wireless entrant Public Mobile is moving ahead in launching their network with a targeted December availability.

Like we've mentioned before, Public Mobile will offer a flat rate $40 unlimited talk and text plan to those in Ontario and Quebec.

Public Mobile has chosen TeraGo Networks to assist in launching their network by providing wireless backhaul services for a portion of its network deployment.

Alek Krstajic, Public Mobile’s Chief Executive Officer said “We have chosen TeraGo Networks as a strategic partner as we prepare to launch Public Mobile in Canada. TeraGo’s high capacity, Ethernet-based wireless backhaul provides an optimal solution for our network and we are proud to be engaging a successful Canadian company.”
