MTS Mobility

Manitoba Telecom Services Inc is the primary telecommunications provider in Manitoba. Since acquiring Allstream in 2004, the company is known as 'MTS Allstream Inc.'. MTS currently operates on a CDMA network.

In January 2011 MTS officially announced that their new HSPA+ network is scheduled to launch on March 21, 2011, along with the Apple iPhone 4 shortly after. MTS will also allow the use of unlocked HSPA+ devices that support the HSPA 850 band.
