Putting my family at risk

I am extremely disappointed in both Telus and Sierra for putting a product in the hands of my family that poses a risk. The battery is swelling and overheating, and neither organization is willing to solve the problem. Neither organization is willing to replace the battery or provide a channel to find an acceptable replacement. The most OFFENSIVE response I got was from a Telus representative who said that the battery wasn't their problem, even though they sold us the gear, and that we were on our own.
today we cancelled the account that the gear is associated with. We will NOT be doing any additional business with TELUS and will be moving to one of their competitors.
