I like it, but like others it has to be constantly restarted which is very annoying. I wish the plan through Sasktel was more reasonable for a low end user. It goes from 1 gb to 4 gb. I use about 2 1/2 but have to purchase a 4 gb plan

What do people expect"super high speed" come on! this the greatest thing for us in the country setting.Nothings perfect,I do business and social networking on my MI-FI,Some people have to be handed everything on a silver platter or they have something negative to say.
Well folks i am very happy with mine and i've recommended to friends,at least a dozen or sd people have bought one.

i think its great but the only thing is i cant up 2 or more computers to it and bell techs suck

So long as the MI Fi is tethered to one computer, with the battery removed, it works fine (just like the Turbo Stick). However, put the battery in and/or operate it as a hot spot and it has to be rebooted every 10 minutes to sometimes it will work up to 4 or 5 hours.

I have talked to the help desk and finally convinced them to send a replacement unit. I have not returned the original unit because sometimes one unit seems to need a bit of downtime so I use the other unit.

There seems to be something wrong with the capability of interconnecting two or more computers.

When it works, it works well.... But....

Can't Connect, Need to Reboot mifi Every 5 minutes

We have had the Bell MiFi for a month and use it wirelessly with 4 computers. We are in a great cellular reception area. We have great difficulty connecting to the internet even though the mifi connection is fine. The violet light is steady and the blue light flashing. Still we cannot browse or download for much of the time. Or if we can download we cannot browse. We reboot the mifi sometimes every five minutes. And then it can be exceptionally slow. We have not had great success since we got it but it has been terrible for the last week. Tech support at Bell tried to say it was a known software issue but no one on the internet seems to have the same problem. I have been on the phone 5 times to bell seeking resolution. Finally someone is escalating it. I asked that they send a new stick as it could be the stick we have but they said to contact the person we got the stick from which happens to be Bell Mobility Tech Center who only seem to have an anwering machine and don't call back. It's been most frustrating trying to get on and use the internet and also dealing with Bell Contact Centre.

Finally true highspeed!

We just want to say its about time that we are able to get a product that gives us highspeed internet and its FAST!!! We have struggled with slow internet for 15 years as wel live in the oountry in a valley. We are very pleased, we can enjoy up to 5 computers on the internet with no interruptions, looking forward to using it on the road to see its performance. Thank you Bell!
