Yes, as long as your phone is compatible with Lucky Mobile's network and already unlocked by your previous provider. The availability of some services may differ depending on your phone.
Your phone must be compatible with LTE AWS (1700 MHz) or LTE 700 MHz bands, or UMTS/HSPA compatible on 850/1900 MHz bands. See your phone’s user guide for information about network compatibility.
How do I know if I am In-Zone?
All you have to do is dial #ZONE on your Lucky Mobile phone and we will let you know if you are In-Zone or Out-of-Zone.
If I have a Zone Plan, can I still use my service when I am Out-of-Zone?
Yes. To use your phone while Out-of-Zone, you’ll need to buy a Service Pass
How do I make international calls?
There are two ways to make international calls. For frequent international calling, we recommend purchasing an International Calling Monthly Add-On
. For occasional calling, simply dial the number you’re trying to reach, and Lucky Mobile will send you a link explaining your Service Pass options.
Can I use my Lucky Mobile phone while roaming in other countries?
Calls can be made from within Canada, wherever coverage is available, to anywhere in the world. However, you cannot make calls from within the U.S. or from elsewhere outside of Canada, as Lucky Mobile Canada does not provide roaming services.
