there is no support for unit. send it back for repair and was returned with same problem ; it shuts off and will not re-start without plugging into aux power!

I was dissapointed to find out UT Starcom has no method of downloading photos taken direct from their camera. It has to be over the web. This information was provided by their technical support.

I did not expect wonders out of the built in camera from the literature provided, but felt it would come in handy for the occassions I did not have a proper camera with me.

The end result is - I either pay a higher mopthly fee for a data plan, or pay an outrageous per usage fee, for poorer images than I could get on my real camera. (The additional fees from my current service provider - per occurance either monthly or per usage amount to 75-100 quality pictures developed)

I am sorry to see they have added a feature to the phone that is either unusable or adds costs to the owner.

this phone is the crappiest phone, you will ever use. Trust me. The camera is sorta blurry at times, and the buttons are stiff, and it gets scratched easily, and when you flip it open to hard, it almost cracks in half and you get NO features at all. I wish I could return it.
