I would like to warn any person who is considering this phone to reconsider.
Within the first week of having the phone, it froze up on me. Luckily, someone called me and it unfroze. Two of my colleagues had the same problem.
One month later, it froze again. This time I was unable to turn it on, off, dial or use any keys on the keypad.
After much of a run around, the phone was sent in for repair. Of course, I had to pay $25 for a loaner phone and pay a deposit on it as well. The salesperson who handled my repair, informed me that she discouraged people from buying this phone because she has seen so many difficulties with it. Each problem was different.
