Ridiculous phone.

You get what you pay for.. and i didn't pay anything for this phone so i didn't have any high aspirations for it. Constantly freezes, Half the time when people call the phone nothing happens and they later tell me they were calling me but i didnt pick up, the phone itself is ugly, battery lasts 2 days, the chrome button in the middle is hard to press w/o hitting a key on the directional pad, and dust collects under the screen easily and cannot be cleaned.

I would not recommend this phone to anyone..

My review is this - I LOVE the phone itself, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to find accessories in Canada for it. I want a BOOM mic since I have hearing difficulties, I can't use an ear bud. Even after e-mailing Sony Ericcson, I had no results. Ended up using a Motorola that I don't enjoy, simply for the hands free.

Buyer Beware

I would like to warn any person who is considering this phone to reconsider.

Within the first week of having the phone, it froze up on me. Luckily, someone called me and it unfroze. Two of my colleagues had the same problem.

One month later, it froze again. This time I was unable to turn it on, off, dial or use any keys on the keypad.

After much of a run around, the phone was sent in for repair. Of course, I had to pay $25 for a loaner phone and pay a deposit on it as well. The salesperson who handled my repair, informed me that she discouraged people from buying this phone because she has seen so many difficulties with it. Each problem was different.

This is an outstanding phone. I got a family plan for my kids, who are under the age of 10, and they say it is the easiest thing they have ever used! This phone has excellent quality, easy to use, light in weight, amazing audio quality. There is still so much more that I can list. I really recommend this phone to ANYBODY!!!!

I've had this phone for about a month now and the paint on the central navigator part is coming off and there is dust trapped in between the two screens; which I can't seem to get out. The colour screen is clear but the camera and computer link cable is expensive, it's better to buy a phone with a built-in camera. It lets you record sounds but it's kind of distorted when you listen to it. But you can compose and record sounds and songs and set it as your ring tone. The reception is weak in some areas and that's probably because it doesn't have an extended antenna. The clarity and sound of conversations are good, sometimes too good (the phone mic picks up noise around you). The games on it are good and you can download more on the website. Overall, it is an OK phone.
