Iíve been using the Sharp Aquos Crystal for Sprint prepaid for 6 months and it has not been functioning correctly for at least 2 months. I cannot send nor see attachmentsóthe phone stops working if I try; and it will not save photos to the USB card (it is new). Iíve been to the Geek Squad at Best Buy 3x and Sprint numerous times to fix it. The Aquos customer service refused to help. They said they have an agreement with Sprint that Sprint will service the phone. Sprint told me among other things, that their tech support do not service prepaid phones. After complete lack of assistance and having been with Sprint for 31 yrs., I changed carriers and brought a Samsung phone. Hope itís better quality and durable.
