This is the 2nd Samsung impact that doesn't work!
I got a warranty replacement after the first one froze up and died.
I had problems right from the start and bell said its not their concern, to take it up with the manufacturer.
The replacement lasted two months and it wont even turn on, its useless.
It doesn't function at all!!
I am tired of Samsung garbage.
If bell doesn't replace it with a working phone of a different brand they can lump their contract and I will go elsewhere.
