Worst cellphone I've had the mnisfortune to own. It was a dud right out of the box, iei, would not work. Telus rep had it fixed, but I should've clued in that this was going to be my an ongoing thing. Battery life is abysmal, the user's guide is a waste of paper, the screen is virtually unusable outdoor (maybe you can see it at night; forget about it in daylight. What else - many features are counter-intuitive and again, the guide is next to worthless. Finally so fed up that I'm going back to my four year old Samsung flip phone. It never let me down - unlike this p.o.s., and I can see the screen outdoors in daylight.

Okay, but...

This phone is nothing exciting. Mine has several glitches including the screen to stop responding to touch and the constant need to not receive text messages. It isn't the most amazing phone out there and I would recommend finding a different phone. Other than the glitches, it isn't too horrible.
