Samsung Galaxy 550

Trouble from day 1 which was less than a month ago. It would shut down and would not restart without removing and re-installing the battery. It's a power vampire. Doesn't hold onto the settings. I just had it replaced with a new one....I had it less than a day and this one started the same thing. It took some major complaining and threats of bringing in consumer groups and you-tube action, but they gave me my money back. Advice....DO NOT BUY!!!

this phone is terrible but more importantly, the service from samsung is deplorable. They could care less that the phone doesn't work. They said I would have to send it in for repair 3 times before they would consider giving you another phone. So turned off of samsung that I will not buy any other of their products because of their customer service.

I really like this phone, other than a problem or two, this phone works perfectly fine.

Everyone seems to be having a problem with the wifi however my wifi works perfect just my mobile browser will not work. Everything else on the phone works great its just that sometimes when im using an app of even just txting my phone with shut off and then turn right back on.
