Never Buy This Phone

I literally just got this phone in the mail and i already hate it! The buttons are soooo slow! you have to wait like a second between pressing a key in order for it to actually process the fact that you've pused a button. If you have it on t9 on the front key pad then switch to the Qwerty keyboard it keeps trying to guess what you're typing where, i dunno about you but, if i switch to the keyboard i want to type out of my dictionary not the one in the phone so if i want to do that then every time i switch i have to switch it from t9 to abc or vise versa. Before this phone i had the samsung intesity and really liked it.. i expected this phone to be much better since the intensity is almost 4 years old but i found i immediately wished i hadn't switched.
As well as slow keys it has like 2 different area's you can go into for texting. there's conversations then regular messaging, the conversation shows you your convo between you and your friend but you have to click into each message if you want to read the whole thing and when you send a message it shows the pbone number of the recipiant as opposed to their name. I don't care about this person's phone number i want to know WHO i'm sending it to thank you very much. why do i care what the phone number is? and when you open the text message you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to find out who the message is from. and you have to unlock your phone everytime you want to read a text. i just don't see how they could have replaced the intensity with this but instead of making it better they made it a whole lot worse.. there are many other things that drive me crazy about this phone but those are the main ones. you can be sure i will be returning it.
