Former Blackberry user

So, I decided to try an Android. I looked around and decided on this one, mainly because I liked the design (seems solid- not junky like others I looked at) and the physical keyboard. I really like the combination of the touchscreen and keys.
The display isn't as crisp as I'd hoped. The keyboard is great -almost as good as my BB Bold. The camera is okay, skyping didn't work though. The speed is good. Didn't notice any major lags. Connetivity was stable. Battery life could be better. The enterprise, VPN and Exchange support for my email is a plus. HDMI out also a plus.
I am wee bit disappointed with this phone. I like the solidness of the Motorola phones, but it seems to lack... something. lol. Overall though, for my needs, it seems to do the job.
I hear from my friends that Samsung and HTC are better and that Motorola lacks in the customer service department, and that they don't always provide upsates to their phones. But I can't comment on that because this is my frist android phone.
3 stars only because I'm not sold on this phone. Yet. Give me time.
