Motorola Q

well where to begin. I thought i had all the right info on this phone. I shopped around,read all the reviews and the Q seemed to be the phone for me. Well I was wrong! the phone itself is great just the data portion of this phone is horrible! If you have all the money in the world to throw into your cell bill, then go for it. But for a small buisness person a blackberry would have been the smarter choice. It seems that no one can help with the support of the Q. The only answers i got for my question where to call Motorola. I don't even dare open my emails on this phone because it just cost to darn much, never mind going "online". there is a extra $100 on your bill for sure

Forgot to mention 2 things I didn't like.

No writing program, although you can download a wordpad program for everything Motorola Q

The camera sucks in all ways.

I only use for phone/organizer so I can't give a review about the internet. Look and feel is great. Functions well as a phone, takes time to get use to as it is wide compared to a phone. Organizer is easy to use because of the sync with Microsoft Outlook. Text messaging is a breeze with the qwerty board. Only thing I can't figure out is to send a pic with the text messaging. Can't say I'd pay $600 again for this.

The Q has more multimedia features compared to blackberry 8703e, so I like that. However, I find as a phone, it is not as stable as 8703. I have minor problems with it such as the buttons don't function well. The phone occasionally freezes. I had problem with the bluetooth connection as well. This phone is good because it is thin and slick. At the same time, this causes short battery life.
