Motorola MOTO VE465 - Reviews

Just got the Moto VE 465 under a special deal by MTS where you sign a 3 year contract and get the phone for free PLUS you don't pay the monthly charge. The only thing you pay is the $40 start up fee. Should have known it was too good to be true. The manual is a joke - no trouble shooting section and not user friendly. In the phone itself there are very few choices in each of the settings so you can't adjust much, and finding the command you want in the menu is a nightmare. Worst of all, the interior display went blank after only 1 week, and had to google how to fix it (you have to tap the screen, ridiculous that this isn't in the manual). At the same time the exterior display shut off and haven't been able to get it to come back on or find out on the net how to fix this: wish I had read reviews of this phone before picking it up because that's one of the complaints. Almost all the reviews I just read are bad. Would definitely not recommend this phone to anyone.

this phone does not have the durability the screen can crack and cause the iner screen to stop working and its battery life is not as good as its claimed to be overall its not a good quality phone for it's price. it needs to be a better thiker screen so it wont break or crack.
