I purchased this phone for $150 from boost. On day 2 the phone locked up. Completely black screen. Wouldn't turn on. Did all of the typical troubleshooting techniques to no avail. I went into a local store. He hooked it up to something and declared it "fixed". This happened again a week later. I call Boost very upset because this is a brand new phone and in 9 days it stopped working. I asked for a replacement. They said, "It sounds like a device issue. We aren't liable for a device issue."
So, I'm transferred to LG. They tell me that I need to ship the phone to the repair center. I said how long will they take? She said, "It will take several days to reach our facility. Then it will be 14 working days before you get it back." WHAT!? I said Ma'am I just got this phone NINE DAYS ago. You are telling me it's going to be repaired longer than I've owned the phone?
She said, Yep". I've had this phone for a month now. This has happened SIX times. I haven't sent it to the repair center because I've been so sick. I would never, ever own anything LG again.
