I bought an LG Shine about three weeks ago when I switched from Bell. On the surface it seemed like a great phone. Reception is good, it takes great pictures and video. The problem came when I tried to retrieve said video from the phone, and change the uber annoying ring tone that came standard. After spending half an hour with three different tech support people I've been told I need to buy ANOTHER accessory (the data cable didn't come standard) and then it MIGHT work. We can put a man on the moon, but we can't make a phone that can transfer files without two add ons and three tech support people. Fail.
