Right from the start I had problems, including very slow response times, dropping calls or not being able to dial even though it showed 4 or 5 bars. You would get a call were you almost couldn't here the person, then the next one the volume was extreme. This was through Telus. Threw it in the garbage (really!) and am using my razor 2 which works.
