Phone sucks!

Do not buy this phone!! This phone has had issues since day 1 with the knocking feature and my second month in I could no longer send or receive pictures. Fast forward 4 months in now my screen goes black so I have to take the battery out and turn it on again which takes several tries. I would give it one star but I'm rating it a 2 solely for it looking ok
