The LG is a great phone!

I broke down and decided it was time for new phones for my wife and I.
I picked up an Sanyo 8100 and a LG325 for trial. We live in a fringe area and service at my house is spotty and allways fading. I did side by side trials, over 4 days, on both phones and the LG won hands down.
Another really great feature is the abilty to send a text message AFTER it gained the 1X signal. I created one while in analogue and it simply stored the message until the 1X service came back!
I have read many reviews on this phone and I must say that if you are doing the same, take the Sprint reviews with a grain of salt. Bell has not dumbed down the phone from what I see.
I have as of yet to crack open the manual and I find it to be a very easy phone to set up and use. Many custom setup features are built in and as one gets more comfortable with the phone, you will find it to be remarkable easy to use.
The camera has an 8x zoom and all in all it takes what I consider to be a very decent picture, for a phone!
Sure there are some who I see have found a few things to complain about regarding this phone, but all in all, this thing blows me away!
I have followed wireless for over 25 years now and I have seen many different phones and various features come and go. (did you know that the first PDA/Cell phone appeared in the early 90's?) It didn't go far since the networks were not digital ready.
Bell has created a portal to allow users to access their phone's web menu on line and to customise your shortcuts to various website, downloads, chats, news, weather etc. etc.
All in all, between the carrier and the manufacturer, I do belive I will be quite content with this little phone and 3 years from now the technology will change again and I may write another review for you!
