Waste of time and money

A few months back, I upgraded my Kyocera Hydro Life to the Kyocera Hydro Wave. I've had nothing but problems ever since. The battery life is no good, and it takes FOREVER to recharge. The phone overheats when I connect it to my portable charger. I've had really bad signal and a ton of dropped calls. People that call me can hardly hear me. They say that the volume fades in and out, the sound breaks up, and/or that I sound like I'm under water. Speaking of underwater, the phone is supposed to be water resistant. The phone still works after it has gotten wet, but the water does create some extra issues. Water gets into the headphone jack and the phone reads as if there are headphones plugged in. You have to sling the water out, and even then wait for it to dry out. The only way you can talk to people while it dries, is to put the phone on speaker. Due to having insurance, my service provider had replaced my phone with a refurbished Kyocera Hydro Wave, however, I'm still having the same issues if not worse. Now that I'm not due for an upgrade, I'll have to buy a new phone. Just great.

After about a months worth of usage, I had it and vengefully destroyed it. It looked nice, like a bigger brother to my hydro life. Between Mr. Number and other blockers no longer working (thank lollipop for that), pocket dials that would not stop, I finally gave up on it. Get this: a telemarketer would call, unlocking the phone, and with the phone app up, start pocket dialing ever one. Cute. Tried passwords, phone would ring, cutting past the lock screen, tried pattern locks, only to find that the lock could be defeated simply by hitting the bottem square button. Tried over fifteen different locking apps all with the same result. Finally when I needed to make a call, you couldnt hear anything at all, a nice new malfunction. Dropped off what was left of the phone at the counter at the same Metro that I bought it from.

Kyrocera Hydro Wave Junk

When I first got this phone I thought it was good but the longer I have it the more I hate it. You cannot move any apps to the external storage and the phone is loaded with bloat ware. I have downloaded just 4 apps and the phone is out on internal memory. These apps I downloaded are not that big. I tried to down load an app moving app to help move some apps to the external storage but none of these work. I am using the Lollipop 5.1 operating system. I would not give you $10.00 for this phone let alone the $149.00 I paid for it. Do not waste your money.
