I love this phone. I don't know what the othere reviews are doing to there phones, I restart my phone maybe once a week. I do everything with this phone like, controling my servers, monitor my servers resources live, facebook, twitter, email, and play games pritty much everyday and everything work 100%. Battery is ok, but its only a cell phone.

Hoping for the best expecting the worst

Got this phone with a new three year plan from Rogers. So far not impressed. First phone stopped working after three days. Screen went red and would not respond to any commands. The battery was at a 70-80% charge when this happened. Had it replaced at Best Buy by very reluctant and condescending staff. They did not want to exchange the phone but I forced them to after the clerk dropped the phone on the floor. I asked simple questions such as is this a common problem with this model of phone and why did the screen freeze. They wouldn't or couldn't provide me with answers. Called Rogers to complain and after half an hour of finding my way through their automated answer system I finally got through to a human who could answer my concerns. After hanging up on me once they passed me through to a management person who also lost my call. Not good service at all. I loved the phone when it was working but I need a phone that will last at least three years not three days. Customer service from Best Buy and Rogers has so far been completely unsatisfactory. All they had to say was "sorry for the inconvenience sir. We will replace the phone straight away. Please let us know if you have any more problems. Thank you for your business". It should be that easy but it wasn't. Hope the replacement phone lasts.

I can't say I agree with the other post that is here. I really love this phone. It's fast and very user friendly.

Not great

Pro's: Nice design, lightweight, Easy to use, nice big clear screen.
Con's: Tempermental, Freezes regularly, has mind of its own sometimes which can be annoying & frustrating, requires restarting to get working properly, last week it didn't ring when I was called and I needed to restart it - this is totally unacceptable.
