I've had my BB for approximately 3 months now, and haven't had any issues with it. The reception is amazing, even with speakerphone. Got a bluetooth headset and I'm good to go. I'm able to respond to clients at a moments notice. I don't have to wait until I get back to the office to respond to e-mails, or book a service call. It's great. I have become 100 times more productive. I get my service call logs when I'm on the road and fix all the required PC's in one outing. I don't have to run home and check my call logs anymore. They are automaticly sent to my BB and I'm ready to roll.

dust problems

Reviewed on Wednesday January 31, 2007 by , mississauga
problem with the 8700 series of blackberries - the gasket under the screen permits dust to pass near the function keys, and as a result, a large amount of dust accumulates under the screen - rendering the device almost unreadable outdoors. The american carriers are offering free swaps. Rogers has offered nothing. Don't buy one now. the new 8900 is coming out March 2007 - wait for that.

3rd phone

Reviewed on Thursday January 25, 2007 by , toronto
I am unfortunately not happy with the BlackBerry 8700r.

I love the features, but I am being sent my 3rd phone. First the microphone died, and today the backlight went out on me.

So right now...unhappy. :-(
