Dropped calls

Reviewed on Sunday October 19, 2003 by , Burnaby
Overall the phone has worked well but it does drop calls when the signal strength is low. The annoying problem is that the signal strength is low in my recreation room and to be sure I can complete my call I have to go upstairs.

Poor reception

I upgraded from the audiovox 8100 and it took me 6 days and over 10 dropped calls to go back to my old phone. I had both phones on at the same time and went to different areas and the 8100 held a stronger signal 9 out of 10 times i never lose calls and that is a lot more important than downloadable ring tones and images. I was downt to 1 bar on my signal strength on the 8100 and continued talking, i cant say the same for the 8300. The minute the signal goes down get ready to lose your calls.
