Literally hate this phone

So my parents got me this phone literally 48 hours ago and the whole left side of the touch screen doesn't work. The sound is low and the headphone jack is broken. The camera is terrible as is the camera quality and the size is ridiculous. I have small hands but it's too small. It's NOT the same as the iPhone 6 and not nearly as good.
