Voicemail to Text

Receive voicemails as text messages!
  • Quickly read your voicemail when you are busy or unavailable to dial into your voicemail (stuck in a meeting or watching a movie).
¹ Subscription to Message Centre or Message Centre Express is required in order to subscribe to this service.
The addition of Voicemail to Text may result in changes to your Message Centre voicemail service.

A quick and easy voicemail service to get you started.
  • Stores 5 one minute messages.

Message Centre

An enhanced voicemail service for you when you’re away from your phone or your phone is turned off.
  • Stores up to 25 five-minute messages

BlackBerry Visual Voicemail

$5 per month

Quickly scan through all of your messages and get a visual summary of who called and when.
  • Select and listen to messages in the order you want (not in the order they came in).
  • Voicemail messages are delivered as audio files so you can listen to your messages without having to dial into your voicemail service.
  • Listen to messages saved on your phone even if you're outside a coverage area.
Note: A subscription to a basic voicemail plan is required before you can order this service.

iPhone Visual Voicemail

$13 per month

Quickly scan through all of your messages and get a visual summary of who called and when.
  • Select and listen to messages in the order you want (not in the order they came in).
  • Voicemail messages are delivered as audio files so you can listen to your messages without having to dial into your voicemail service.
  • Listen to messages saved on your phone even if you're outside a coverage area.

Detailed Billing

$3 per month

  • Get a complete listing of all your calls plus any airtime, data, long distance or roaming charges each month.

Call Waiting

$3 per month

  • When you're on a call, a beep will let you know another person is calling.
* This feature is included with most digital rate plans.

Conference Calling

$3 per month

  • Add a third person to your call and hold meetings on the move.

Call Forwarding

$3 per month

  • Forward your incoming calls to another phone number.
If you do not subscribe to Call Forwarding or have the feature included as part of a bundle, Call Forwarding will be charged at a rate of 25¢ per minute (plus applicable long distance).

Roadside Assistance

$5 per month

  • 24hrs, 7 days a week, emergency roadside assistance anywhere in Canada and the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Seek & Find

$5 per month

  • Locate family and friends, who have given you permission, right from your computer.
  • Includes 20 locates.
  • Additional locates are 25¢ each.
This service identifies the location of other Bell Mobility mobile phones within Bell Mobility coverage areas in Ontario, Quebec and select cities in British Columbia and Alberta (Vancouver, Victoria, Edmonton and Calgary). Cellphone must be turned on in order to be located. Service accuracy varies based on local and other conditions.

Parental Control

$5 per month

  • Parental Control allows users to easily restrict access to Web sites they deem undesirable or inappropriate for their children.

No Answer Transfer

$3 per month

  • Transfer your unanswered incoming calls to another phone number.

Smart/Phone Care - The Plus Plan

$4 per month

This plan covers failure due to defects in parts and workmanship beyond the manufacturer's standard warranty period. If your phone or smartphone requires repair during the original 12 month manufacturer's warranty period, simply visit a Bell Product Assistance Centre for service.

This plan covers one phone, smartphone or turbo stick and allows for up to two out-of-warranty replacements.

Note: Certain additional charges may apply at time of service requests.

Smart/Phone Care - The Premium Plan

$7 per month

This plan covers failure due to defects in parts and workmanship beyond the manufacturer's standard warranty period, accidental damage (including liquid damage), power surge, loss or theft and normal wear and tear. If your phone or smartphone requires repair during the original 12 month manufacturer's warranty period, simply visit a Bell Product Assistance Centre for service.

This plan covers one phone or smartphone and allows for up to two replacements.
